FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The RSVP page has been closed at this time. If for whatever reason you did not RSVP by March 25, 2025 and would like to attend, please contact us and let us know!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

To keep our guest list small and intimate, our invitations will include a plus one section. This will tell you as well as all of our guests if they have a plus one available. If you do not have one of these and you need one for a spouse, please contact us and let us know. Examples of a plus one: Wife (husband), Engaged couples, Couples that have been together longer than 1 year.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Because our venue is strict on the alcohol policy surrounding children, we have to ask that if you do bring your children, you watch them closely and maintain their safety.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The venue has parking directly outside.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 3:15 P.M.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Be comfortable but formal. We ask that no one wears jeans, sweats, or plaids. Please also refrain from wearing stilettos, cowboy boots, or sneakers. The outside of the venue is gravel so be mindful of your ability to walk comfortably. Please do not wear white, ivory, cream, navy blue, or dusty rose.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is not but if you require assistance getting home, please let us know in advance!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We are doing our best to accommodate everyones needs. If you have an allergy let us know immediately so we can plan accordingly.

Question

Will there be alcoholic beverages?

Answer

We know that drinking can be a way to spice up an event, and we want our guests to be as comfortable as possible. Alcohol will be provided but please be aware of your limits. Please do not drink and drive. Be mindful of those around you and of your families. In order to keep everyone safe, our alcohol selection and availability is limited and will be a first come, first serve option.
