Which resort are we staying at?

The big day is scheduled at the Barceló Maya Palace in Riviera Maya, Q.R., Mexico. For booking information, please use the QR code provided on both our Save The Date and our formal invitation.

What dates should we stay?

This is totally up to you! We’ll be arriving to the resort Wednesday, November 4th, and starting our honeymoon on Monday, November 9th. The resort requires a minimum 3 night stay, but feel free to book for as many or as few nights as you would like!

What if we can’t make it?

Answer

We understand any travel is a big expense and requires a lot of planning. If you can’t make for ANY reason, don’t stress! We’d love to celebrate with you stateside and grab dinner either before we leave or after we get back, no hard feelings.

Can I bring extra people?

Answer

Due to limited space at the resorts ceremony and reception areas, please only book for those listed on your invitation. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.

Can I book my flight separately, without going through the travel agent?

Answer

You absolutely can! We do recommend booking through Viktoria as she gets better rates and you’re able to make payments if you book through her, but if you prefer to book flights on your own, feel free!

HELP! I don’t see anywhere to RSVP!

Answer

No worries! Viktoria gives us play by play updates as people start to book/RSVP on the booking link, so no need to RSVP directly to us.

When should I book by?

Answer

There are no strict guidelines, but earlier is better! You can book with a small deposit and make payments over time rather than needing the entire balance right away. Once again, please reach out to Viktoria with specific pricing and payment questions.
