Cheyenne and Dawson’s story began back in their sophomore year of high school, when they sat near each other in Ag Bio. They were also both part of the swim and dive team, Cheyenne was a swimmer, and Dawson was a diver, so it wasn’t long before they started spending more time together around the pool. In true Gen Z fashion, Dawson didn’t ask Cheyenne for her number, he asked one of her friends for her Snapchat instead (smooth, right?). From there, the conversation took off and hasn’t really stopped since. They dated, broke up, got back together, broke up again, the usual high school rollercoaster. But in July of 2020, everything changed. Sitting in Dawson’s truck, they went back and forth about giving it one last shot; and thankfully, they did. Since then, they’ve made it through long distance, plenty of growing up, and everything in between. And just like that night in 2020, it all came full circle, Dawson proposed in the back of his truck, where their new chapter officially began. Now, they’re ready to tie the knot and can’t wait to celebrate with all the people who’ve supported them along the way.
