When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5pm. Please arrive no more than 30 minutes beforehand.

Question

Will I have to go to a different location for the reception following the ceremony?

Answer

No both events will occur in the same location. We hope you will take advantage of the open bar while the room is flipped during the cocktail hour.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is ample street parking available in North Loop as well as nearby paid parking garages. However, this starts to fill up past 4pm on weekend days. We recommend taking an uber or lyft from your hotel for ease of travel.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We request that our guests come ready to celebrate in cocktail or semi formal attire. Suggested attire would include dresses, jumpsuits, suits, etc.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

You can make a note in your RSVP regarding your food allergy and we will do our best to accomodate.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we have set up hotel blocks for ease. These are listed in the travel tab.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately our guest count is limited so we have decided to limit the children invited to our immediate families which is reflected on individual invitations.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are limited in the number of guests due to vendor capacity for seating. We ask that you refer to your invitation and only invite a guest if you have formally been invited to do so. Please reach out to Cheyenna or Evan if any questions.

Question

Can I take photos or videos at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that during the ceremony that phones be put away. We have hired a photographer to document this moment and want you to be fully immersed with us. During the cocktail and reception, we have no limitations on photography.
