Cheyanne was in my wedding party and played such a big part in making my day special. I feel lucky and honored to have her in my life and to be a part of her & Billy’s big day! 💗”

“Hi my name is Bailey Johnson. I am one of Cheyanne’s bridesmaids. We became friends back in high school when playing volleyball together, even though we grew up as acquaintances in a town of about 350 people! She is a blessing to me and I love that I am able to celebrate her beautiful day with her and billy. I have also met Billy too and have heard fun stories about his teaching experience at Virginia IL. I am currently student teaching at Virginia and love what I do. Together Billy and Cheyanne make each other beyond happy and they always cherish the little moments together. I wish the best for them in their future together and I can not wait to see where life takes the love you share together ❤️”

Whether it’s sharing a bond for being crazy dog ladies, or giggling over a game of charades, you can always catch us at each other’s side. So, when Chey asked me to stand next to her as she embarks on one of life’s greatest adventures with Billy, there was no other answer but YES! "Hi, I’m Hope! Chey & Billy were actually some of the first people to welcome me and my boyfriend Zak when we moved to Illinois. Chey & I quickly became close & realized we have so much in common- even our birthdays! After the first night of hanging out with Billy and Chey as well as our other neighbors Danny and Hevan, the six of us became, “The Block Party” (because we all lived on the same block), and we were inseparable. Whether we had a crazy night out or just spent the afternoon conversing on one of our porches, we always had fun together. Three years later, and here we are celebrating their big day. I am so thankful for our friendship, and I’m honored to be a part of such an exciting day. Here’s to celebrating the love that Billy and Chey share, and many many years of happiness!"

Brooke and I met when I transferred to Illinois College to play volleyball! Not quite sure how I am lucky enough for her to have put up with all of my crap over those three years and still stick by my side, but she’s done it! One of our most memorable moments shared together was watching the Chicago Cubs win the World Series and jumping into each other’s arms in disbelief! We have so many amazing memories and so many more ahead of us!

Courtney and I also met when I transferred to Illinois College to play volleyball! Whether it be dinner dates at Leo’s Pizza, rides on my scooter, or playing sand volleyball every chance we could…we always always know how to have fun! Our big day wouldn’t be the same without Courtney there!

Kayla has been there for some of the most influential moments of my life. As my roommate as Missouri State University my freshman year of college, Kayla witnessed me fall in love with Billy via Facetime while also adjusting to college life as an individual. I’m pretty sure she was there the very moment I said to myself and out loud, “I just want to be with Billy…that’s it” regardless of what we had to do to make it happen. She was also the one that consoled me at one of my worst moments- learning that my grandmother had passed away. Kayla immediately wrapped her arms around me and made sure I knew I was safe and supported. I could never thank her enough for the love, friendship, and memories she introduced to my life. Truly one of a kind in the best ways possible <3

“I was lucky enough to meet Cheyanne & Bill through my boyfriend, Brian, and we all instantly connected. We immediately became the group of friends that show up in sweatpants, cook meals together and enjoy a night of board games and drinks. And one of my favorite new traditions is our New Years Eve one! There aren't two people who are easier to be friends with! I'm so happy to be celebrating with them and can't wait to see their future together. Here's to many more Cubs games, slumber parties & games of Chameleon!”
