Dress code?

Answer

We are calling it Semi-Formal. This can be something that you are comfortable in that makes you feel good! Our main concern is that everyone is happy and able to have fun! Examples can be cocktail dresses, slacks, pantsuits, dress-shirt, tie optional, etc.

What time does the ceremony start?

Answer

Technically 5pm, but we ask that you arrive about 20 minutes early to make sure everyone finds their seats and we can keep on schedule.

Where is everything taking place?

Answer

The entire wedding we be held at the Barn at Cottonwood Ranch. The ceremony will be outside on the pavers overlooking the water. The cocktail hour will be held on the side of the barn, with stationed hors d'oeuvres and open bar. The reception will be held inside the barn.

Buffet or sit down meal?

Answer

Buffet! We wanted to make sure that there was something for everyone and seconds are always an option! But make sure to save room for dessert as well!

Is there an open full bar?

Answer

Of course! Two of them!

Is parking available?

Answer

Yes! Guests can enter through the main Cottonwood Ranch gate, and follow the signs that say "The Barn" through the long driveway for about a mile. Then once you arrive at the barn, there will be a sign and attendants showing you the grass parking lot. Attendants will be there with golf carts to escort guests to the entrance of the barn where the ceremony will be held.

The reception ends at 10:00 pm. Lets party!
