There are so many things to do in the city if you have free time prior to or after the wedding. About a half hour-hr drive from Hobart.
Indiana Dunes National Park
For the out of town-ers, if no one has gotten to see the Indiana dunes we recommend doing so, the sunsets are gorgeous depending on the weather and you can see Chicago's city skyline in the distance. There are several beaches to choose from, Central beach being one of the most quiet and where Kris proposed to Cheyanne on June 30th 2023.
Sip Coffee
For the Latte lovers, Sip is Cheyanne's favorite local coffee shop and both of their favorites as well. And conveniently right down the road from the Venue!
Zao Island
Need a little fun? Zao Island is a small amusement center in Valparaiso. They offer Mini Golf, Laser Tag, indoor arcade, and go-kart track along with food and alcohol. Really fun on a summer evening.
Designer Desserts
Were the cupcakes delicious and can't stop thinking about them? Designer Desserts is the bakery that's doing the cupcakes! It is located in downtown Valparaiso and offers more than just cupcakes like an assortment of cookies and brownies. Downtown Valpo also offers a bunch of restaurants and shops to meander.
