Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. We ask that you arrive 15-30 minutes early to park, use the restroom, grab a cocktail and pick a seat :)

Is there ample parking?

Answer

Yes, the venue has a large parking area to fit vehicles of all sizes. Please note the parking area is gravel.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Sunny and warm! With long days, sunset with be around 9:15pm Expect daytime highs to average around 80°F (27°C). Nighttime lows will likely be in the low 40s°F (around 6°C). We do not expect rain but it is always a possibility in Montana. I'd recommend bringing a light jacket in the event it gets chilly in the evenings.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Western semi-formal, boots and cowboy hats strongly encouraged! But please wear what you're comfy in. For men, we recommend nice jeans, cowboy boots and a button up collared shirt. Can be short or long sleeved. For women, we recommend summer dresses or skirts/blouses, with cowboy boots or low wedges. The ceremony is outdoors and will be in the sun, we recommend hats or sunglasses to ensure you're comfortable as well. In the evenings, you may want a light jacket or sweater.

Can I wear heels?

Answer

Wear what you're comfortable in! However, our venue is partially outdoors and you will need to walk a gravel pathway to our ceremony which will be out in an open field. If you are wearing heels, I'd recommend a wedge or something with a sturdy base.

Will there be dancing?

Answer

YES! We have hired a 6 piece country western band to play for us! Expect to hear a mix of 90's country classics and some new tunes as well.

Will there be vegetarian food options?

Answer

Not necessarily. Our menu is BBQ focused but we will have a large green salad!

Will there be various drink options or can I bring my own beverages?

Answer

We will provide beer, wine, bubbles and limited cocktails. As well as a variety of non-alcoholic beverages and coffee. Unfortunately, you are not able to carry in your own alcoholic beverages.

What time will the reception end?

Answer

When the music stops playing and the dancing dies down! Most likely around 11pm :)
