We met in high school through mutual friends since we grew up in neighboring towns. We started out just hanging out, going to the movies and going on little small town adventures, and before long it turned into something more. We officially started dating in June of 2018, at the beginning of summer, and that first summer quickly became the start of so many fun memories together.

We’ve always been more about making memories than anything else, so instead of gifts, we started a tradition of planning a trip together each year. In 2024, we planned a trip to California. On our first day in San Francisco we spent the day going on a cruise around the bay, visiting Alcatraz Island, and taking in the views along the coast. That night, we were sitting by the ocean near the Golden Gate Bridge watching the sunset when he popped the question and of course, I said yes! The rest of the trip was spent traveling down the coastline of California, celebrating the start of our next chapter together in the most unforgettable way.
