Shuttle

Shuttle from Staybridge Suites to the Venue

July 20, 2024 4:45 pm - 11:00 pm

A shuttle will run from the Staybridge Suites hotel to the venue. Guests at the Hampton Inn can walk to Staybridge to catch the shuttle (they share a parking lot). Plan to board the shuttle at the Staybridge by 4:40PM (it will leave for the venue at 4:45 sharp). The shuttle will take guests back from the venue to Staybridge at 9:00, 10:00, and 11:00.

Parking Information

If you are not taking the shuttle, there is plenty of parking available at the venue. Uber and Lyft should also be available if you aren't staying at the host hotels and prefer not to drive!

Flight

Philadelphia International Airport

Philadelphia International Airport is the closest airport to our venue. We recommend either renting a car or using a taxi/rideshare to get to the hotel.

Flight

Newark Liberty International Airport

You might be able to find a cheaper flight to Newark or other NYC area airports. It takes approximately double the time to get from Newark to our venue compared to PHL. For guests from Iowa, there are direct flights from DSM to Newark, but they don't run daily.
