Kara and Chet on the dance floor of a popular Mizzou night spot! They were both having a night out with friends and eventually danced into each other's sight line. That night was a lot of fun and certainly one to remember....ten years later, they still love to dance.

We vacationed to St. Thomas for the first time in May 2016. It just so happened that Kara saw her engagement ring prior to the trip...a story for another time :) We spent one day on the world famous Magens Bay. After sitting in the sun for quite awhile, Chet asked Kara if she wanted to go back into the water. Kara grabbed her noodle and went on her way. She noticed that he was trailing behind so she turned around to see him down on one knee. Still clutching her noodle, she said yes!
