How far is the venue from Billings?

Answer

Chancey's Event Center is only 15 minutes from Downtown Billings!

Question

How should I transport to and from the venue?

Answer

There is a large parking lot beside the reception hall for parking. You are welcome to park here and leave a vehicle until 10 a.m. the morning after our wedding. We will have transportation available towards the later part of our reception to offer a safe ride back into Billings. Feel free to Uber or carpool to our wedding if you would like to receive transportation at the end of the evening (or leave your vehicle in the parking lot until the next morning!).

Are children invited?

While we love all your children, we are only able to accommodate children that are listed on your RSVP card due to limited seating at our venue. Thank you for understanding.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Our wedding day is strictly RSVP only due to limited space at our venue. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation and RSVP list. Thank you for understanding.

What if the weather is unfavorable?

Answer

Regardless of weather, all events will be held at Chancey's Event Center. If the weather is favorable, the ceremony will be held on the lawn and the reception will be inside the venue. If the weather is poor, the ceremony and reception will be held inside the reception hall.

Can I bring my own beverages?

There will be a full bar serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, no outside drinks allowed.

Is the venue wheelchair/handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes, Chancey's Event Center is fully handicap accessible.

Semi-Formal - really anything goes, as long as you're comfy and up for some fun!
