Question

Will there be transportation from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

Yes! Shuttles will be picking guests up at the Fairfield Inn (Brunswick), Hampton Inn (Bath), Brunswick Hotel and The Federal Hotel. Please see shuttle schedule below. Even for those staying at AirBnBs or elsewhere, we kindly ask that you use the shuttle services as parking at venue is extremely limited. SHUTTLE SCHEDULE: Hampton Inn (Bath) - leaving at 3:15pm The Federal Hotel - leaving at 3:35pm Fairfield Inn (Brunswick) - leaving at 3:30pm Brunswick Hotel - leaving at 3:45pm We will have shuttles leaving Live Well Farm and returning to all 4 hotels. There will be an early shuttle leaving between 9:15 and 9:20pm and a later shuttle that leaves at the end of the night at 10:30pm. Please make sure you hop on the correct shuttle for your hotel destination!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes - there will be parking at the venue, but it is incredibly limited. We kindly ask that even if you are not staying at any of the hotels, you utilize the shuttle services from one of the pick-up locations.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. Please plan to arrive before this time to make sure are seated and ready for the ceremony to start! Shuttles are scheduled to arrive at LWF around 4pm.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We would love for you to join us Friday night before the wedding at Flight Deck Brewing. Drinks and light food will be provided. This is very casual, feel free to drop in anytime between 7 and 9pm.

Answer

Think coastal garden party. Cocktail attire for women and suits for men.

Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

While we love little ones, due to venue logistics we have decided to make our wedding an adult only event.
