We met on the Spirit of New York dinner cruise and didn't think much of it, as he was working and I was a patron. However, as luck would have it, there was a leak at our table and a man in a uniform came over to help my family. That man in the uniform was my now fiancé, Jeffrey and we just locked eyes and it clicked. Once my family got off, he asked for my number and I said let me take a chance. Thank you gosh, we took a leap of faith because as we got to know each other, we thought "Okay, this could be something."

The Chart House in Weehawken is a special place for Jeffrey and I, as it is located on the Hudson River where we had first met. He planned a dinner at Chart House, but once I walked in, I was surprised to see our family at the dinner table. As I was greeting our family, I looked over my shoulder and he was on one knee. At that moment he looked me in my eyes and asked me to be his wife and I said "YES." We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you in Avalon!
