FAQs

The Wedding Website of Chessie Canfield and Jonathan Fritz
We want your time with us to be joyful, easy, and totally stress-free — so we’ve rounded up answers to some common questions below. If you’re wondering about something we didn’t cover, feel free to reach out!
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by February 1st, 2026 so we can finalize all the details!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes, we are registered! Click the registry tab on our website to check it out.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. Please plan to be at the ceremony by 3:45pm to find your seat. Thank you!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to wear semi-formal attire — cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or suits. Jackets and coats are encouraged for layering. Our ceremony will be outdoors on a golf course, and spring evenings in Sonoma County can get a bit chilly — especially once the sun sets! We also recommend block heels, wedges, or flats, as you'll be walking on grass.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’re keeping our guest list intimate, so unless your invitation says “and guest,” we kindly ask that you attend solo.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We adore your kiddos, but due to space limitations, we’re only able to include children who are specifically named on the invitation. We hope you enjoy a night off to celebrate with us!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Nearby hotel recommendations can be found in the “travel” tab of our website.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We want everyone to enjoy the meal! If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please be sure to note them when you RSVP.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking will be available right outside both the ceremony and reception spaces, so there’s no need to stress about where to leave your car. If you find yourself enjoying the evening more than expected (🍷😉), feel free to leave your vehicle overnight — no problem at all. Just be sure to pick it up the next morning!
