How will I RSVP to the wedding?

Answer

We would love for you to use the QR code conveniently located on our invitation. This will ensure we have an accurate count with all of the necessary details. Thank you in advance for responding BEFORE October 10th.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We request that you respond by October 10th. Our final head count is due to the venue and the caterer 30 days before the wedding. Responses will not be accepted after October 23rd.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Thank you for asking! While we want to celebrate our union in front of absolutely everyone, we are limited in space at our venue and want to keep our guest list rather intimate. The number of seats reserved under your name will populate when you RSVP on our website. Thank you for your understanding.

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

The attire is Black Tie Optional. Tuxes are welcome, but not required. We ask that men please wear suits and women please wear knee-length or floor-length dresses.

What food will be served at the wedding reception?

Answer

We are so excited to provide you with a plated dinner! The main courses consist of your choice of Chicken Bryan, Sirloin Marsala, or a Penne Pasta dish for our vegetarian friends. YUM!

What if I have dietary restriction or food allergy?

Answer

We will do our best to accommodate any dietary restrictions or food allergy. We will have vegetarian options available to our guests and the wedding is already shell fish free. If you require a vegan option or have an allergy that the caterer needs to be aware of please reach out to the bride and groom and they will work with the caterer accordingly.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Arguably the most important question, and the answer is YES!!! There will be an open bar from 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm during cocktail hour and from 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm during the reception.

What is the easiest way to travel to the wedding venue?

Answer

For those taking a car from Tampa, Nova 535 is located just off the interstate at 535 Dr. M. L. King Jr. Street North, St. Petersburg, FL 33701. If you stay at one of our preferred hotels, the venue is either a short walk away, or a very quick Uber or Lyft ride away.

Where should I park?

Answer

There is available parking directly across the street from Nova 535 courtyard. This parking is free and first-come, first-served.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors in a beautiful, secluded courtyard while the cocktail hour and reception will both be inside! The venue temperature my require a sweater for the ladies.

Will we get to see the bride and groom before the wedding?

Answer

Absolutely! We can't wait to welcome you to the St. Petersburg area for our BIG DAY. We will have a 'Mingle at the Moxy' Friday afternoon before our rehearsal in the bar of the new hotel Moxy. Please arrive by...(TBD). Valet parking for the Moxy is $35 and there is an electric charging station on site. Please see the "Travel " tab for the address to the Moxy. Cheers!

Speaking of the rehearsal, what are those details?

Answer

In lieu of a rehearsal dinner, there will be a welcome reception on Friday 11/22/2024. We are in the process of planning this event, so please check our website for additional details.

We are visiting the sunshine state! What do we wear in the month of November?

Answer

Typically, we still experience high 70's in November, with lows dipping down into the 60's. Resort wear (for all non wedding events) is always in season here.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Doors will open at 4:30 pm. The ceremony is taking place promptly at 5:00 pm. Please arrive before 5:00 pm to ensure you're seated in a timely manner.
