At this time, the only gift we would like is your presence at the wedding!
We would love to include your little ones in our special day. Please note, however, that the Rogue River is located directly behind the venue with easy water access. If you bring your little one, please be sure to keep a very close eye on them at all times to avoid accidents or injuries!
There are two parking lots associated with the venue, one attached to the lodge and one directly across the street, up a small hill. There are, however, limited parking spaces. If you can carpool, we would highly suggest this!
The wedding will be outdoors. While this is a summer wedding and we expect good weather, please be prepared for summer rains and cooler temperatures as the sun goes down!
No, we have not reserved blocks of rooms at any hotels. Please see the "travel" tab for hotel options and information!
If you will be flying in to join us, most airlines travel via the Rouge Valley International Medford Airport. This is approximately 30 minutes away from the venue.
There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy after the ceremony. This will include two signature "his and her" drinks as well as beers, seltzers, and wine. There will also be non-alcoholic drink options.
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to find a parking space and a seat!
Our reception will end at 10:00 PM per venue rules. All guests will need to plan on leaving by this time.
