When should I RSVP?

The deadline to RSVP is October 1st.

What should I do if I RSVP yes, but then cannot make it?

Answer

If you RSVP yes but then cannot make it, please contact us as soon as you can. We will need to give all of our vendors an updated guest count.

What should I do if I RSVP “no” and then can come?

Answer

If you need to change your RSVP from no to yes after initially marking it as no, please update your RSVP before October 1st. Unfortunately, there will be no seat or meal for you after October 1st. We will not be able to accommodate you due to vendors needing a guest count on that date.

What if I do not RSVP in time?

Answer

Unfortunately, you will be marked as “not attending” if you do not RSVP by October 1st. We would love to celebrate with you, however, we must provide an exact guest count to all vendors by this date and cannot accept late RSVPs.

What should I do if I can not make it?

Answer

We will miss you! If you can not attend the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible. RSVP “no”, so we can plan accordingly.

Where is the ceremony and reception located?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held at 4T Vineyards in Childersburg, AL. The address to the venue is 215 Goins Rd, Childersburg, AL 35044.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 3:00 pm. Please arrive fifteen to thirty minutes in advance to account for shuttle time. The shuttle will stop running five minutes before the ceremony.

Where do I park?

Answer

A small parking lot is located right beside the wedding venue. Once that parking lot is full, there will be parking attendants there to detour traffic to the overflow parking lot. There will be a shuttle to pick you up at the overflow parking lot and bring you to the venue.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors, and the reception will be indoors. If the weather does not allow the outdoor ceremony, there will be a plan to move the ceremony inside.

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your children! However, we would like to ask that no children under the age of 18 be present. We hope you take this opportunity to enjoy a fun date night on us!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us. We are requesting a formal dress code for the evening. Feel free to wear any colors except bright/loud colors (ex: hot pink, lime green, bright orange, neon yellow, etc.), martini olive green, and please NO white. - Men, we would love to see you in button-ups, collared shirts, khakis, slacks, boots, or nice dress shoes. We want to stress to refrain from wearing blue jeans, t-shirts, tennis shoes, or loungewear. - Women, we would love to see you in knee-length or longer dresses, jumpsuits, nice blouses, dress pants, heels, boots, or sandals. The ceremony will be outdoors in a grassy area. Please take this into account when choosing your heels. We want to stress to refrain from wearing blue jeans, t-shirts, tennis shoes, leggings, or loungewear. Can I bring a plus one?

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP card. Thank you for understanding!

Can I take pictures and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask you to keep your phones silent and put them away during the ceremony. We will have a photographer and videographer capturing our special moment, and we do not want phones in the pictures.
