When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Please complete your RSVP through this website by July 14th, 2026. Please use the RSVP tab to complete your RSVP. If you have any questions or problems, please contact Annie or Drew.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is formal (suits, long formal dresses). Please wear what makes you look beautiful! We ask you please do not wear white.

Will there be transportation provided to/from the hotel?

Answer

Yes, the Hampton Inn hotel's shuttle service will run to and from the venue.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to ensure everyone is on time and we can begin as scheduled! This would mean arriving at 4 PM Mountain Time. Please plan accordingly for shuttle or Uber rides.

Will the ceremony or reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting. Cocktail hour will be both indoor and outdoor. The reception will be indoor, with seating outdoors if desired.

Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, both are wheelchair/handicapped accessible.

Where should I park?

Answer

We ask you please utilize the shuttle service from the Hampton hotel we have provided room blocks for, however the venue itself has an attached parking lot.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options available?

Answer

Yes, the Manor House is able to accommodate food restrictions. Please let us know via your RSVP ahead of time so we may inform the staff and can best accommodate your needs.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

While we love meeting new fiends, our wedding is RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we absolutely love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event. We appreciate you planning your date night ahead of time, so you are able to celebrate with us.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! Please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "No" so we can plan accordingly.
