We connected on Match.com. We planned our first date for Sunday, March 15th, 2020. On Friday, March 20th I was laid off from my job due to Covid layoffs. From that day on, we were kind of stuck together. You couldn't really go anywhere or see anybody. We went for walks and drives. Glen was still working but I had all the time in the world. And I spent most of it with Glen when he wasn't working. I can't help but think that if I was still working, with my commute and work schedule, we'd STILL be getting to know each other. But God had other plans and before we knew it, we realized we had found our "other half".
