YES! we want EVERYONE in black completely however we Know most people are accustomed to wearing white button-down shirt under black suit so IF it happens the hostesses have been instructed to allow in. THAT IS THE ONLY EXCEPTION! HOWEVER THE PREFFERENCE IS BLICKITY BLACK!!!!1
