It is advised to have some Colombian pesos on hand to pay in the event credit cards are not accepted. You can exchange at an ATM once you arrive at the Colombian airport which is a more fair exchange rate done through your bank than an exchange house.

Yes, visit the Check-Mig website : https://apps.migracioncolombia.gov.co/pre-registro/public/preregistro.jsf Among the obligations that travelers must observe, it is important to highlight the following: Fill out the Check-Mig online form, either to advance the exit or entry process to the national territory. This process can be done from 24 hours to 1 hour before the trip.
