"What are you doing with my patient files?" was the first phrase hurled Chris's direction on a mission trip in Arizona. Three days later, as they were talking in a large gazebo, she remembers thinking "Why is this married guy talking to me. (He wasn't married, she just assumed) I just want to go on a zipline". Through many Facebook messages later and a lost bet, (not married) he was able to convince Cherlee to meet him in Ely, Minnesota to go dog sledding. Upon departing the eventful weekend, he asked if she wanted to visit Nashville. "I have Skymiles we could use." This began a traveling adventure... California, Minnesota, Washington, Idaho, Oregon, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, British Columbia, And of course "The Great State" of Tennessee. (Those sky miles didn't last very long). Having to prove lakes and mountains DID exist in Tennessee, Chris got down on one knee with a view overlooking the Smokey Mountains & Douglas Lake. And now they are off on a life long adventure together.
