Eric worked here the first three years we lived in Taos. We've made many a friends here. Grab a breakfast burrito and Maryjanes food truck in the parking lot.
Cheri has been the host at Love Apple for five years. It was once a tiny Catholic Church. They serve local organic food with a fully organic wine list. The food is seasonal + dependent on our farmers. Just a heads up, this restaurant is cash + check only.
Love Apples little sister Breakfast, lunch, local goods + homemade ice cream.
Eric proposed to Cheri on the West Rim Trail with the Rio Grande River just below. The West Rim is an easy Trail. You can choose to walk a ways or don't. Either way the views are beautiful. Eric spends many a days, even nights fishing the Rio Grande. The river flows 1,900 miles from the snowcapped Rocky Mountains in Colorado all the way down to the Gulf of Mexico.
