We both worked at the same hospital in the operating room. We know now that the operating room is where miracles and magic happens. We went from co-workers, to friends, to much more. We would see each other after work and spend all night texting and talking on the phone. Then we would go to work the next day and sneak glances at each other through OR windows and over OR tables. Through the silence and focus of open-heart operations, we would smile under our face masks, as we hid our endearment for each other from the rest of the staff. Our love is not a secret anymore. And though, we suture and tie surgical knots for a living, we are overjoyed that our journeys have lead us to tying the knot of love.

It is the golden age of social media. They were getting ready, bright and early, before sunrise, to head out into Oia, Santorini. They wanted to get some epic instagram pictures without crowds of people. She wore her cutest outfit that day, and he was keeping a big secret. As they walked out of their room, she heard their song playing. She soon realized something more special was happening. He lead her down to an area overlooking the Grecian cliffs and Aegean sea.
