Is there a selected location for out-of-town guests to stay?

Answer

No, guests are welcome to stay wherever they would like. But if there is a question on a particular location we can try to help.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by January 31st, 2024, so we are prepared for you. NO RSVP = NO SEAT

What is the dress code?

The dress code is formal for the ceremony and reception. There is no selected color

Are children allowed?

Answer

Although we would love to have all of our friends, big and small, enjoying our special day, we are limiting children at the reception to family and the wedding party. Children are welcome to enjoy the ceremony and cocktail hour, and there are no restrictions for Sunday's event!

Are extra guests allowed?

Although we would love to have all of our friends, enjoying our special day, we are limiting guests to invite only at the reception (No Plus ones). There are no restrictions for Sunday's event!

Is there easy parking at the venue?

There is ample parking at the venue

Can I take and post pictures/videos of the wedding on Social Media?

Answer

We love photos! We do ask that you limit taking pictures during the ceremony so that everyone gets to enjoy the happenings uninterrupted, and you do not get in the way of our own photographers/videographers as well. If you post you may use our wedding hashtag "#FirstClassFlightToCharbonnier" so we can see them too!

What food and drinks will be served during cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

There will be light snacks and a selection of drinks during cocktail hour, followed by a delicious dinner at the reception, and of course dessert. Open Bar will be available for the reception.
