Hotel
This hotel is only five miles from the venue. There are other hotels in town, but this is the only one that we have preferred pricing with. Please use the link to reserve a room, as it will allow you a discounted group rate. Rooms must be reserved by March 11, 2020.
Travel Note
There are many hotel options in the DFW. If you'd like to stay closer to the airport, a specific person or landmark, or would like a different hotel in Gainesville, please let us know, and we will help you find one. Gainesville is very close to the Oklahoma border, so there are options closer to the Red River that you may prefer as well.
Flight
North Texas has two major airports. DFW and Love Field. DFW is the most convenient airport, but if Southwest Airlines is the best option for you, Love Field is their location.
