By what date should guests RSVP?

Please RSVP by July 1, 2025.

Where is the wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

Our wedding festivities will take place on the 2nd level of the El Prado hotel. Please follow the staircase after entering the front door or use the elevators that are towards the back.

Is there parking available near the venue?

Answer

There are a number of free and convenient parking options: - Cowper/ Hamilton Lot H: sits right next to the hotel. 457 Hamilton Ave. - Webster/ Cowper Garage: 1 minute walk away from the hotel. 520 Webster St. - Hamilton/ Waverley Lot D: 4 minute walk away from the hotel. 351-375 Hamilton Ave. - Plenty of street parking also available.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

While the wedding will be mostly indoors, guests are more than welcome to soak up the California sun on the hotel balconies.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Our wedding dress code is semi-formal.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

We will be serving hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour followed by a buffet dinner with soup, salads and entrees (meat, fish and vegetarian).

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let us know of any allergies or dietary restrictions during the RSVP process. Feel free to reach out to Emily or Anthony if you have additional questions or concerns.

Can guests take photos at the wedding?

Answer

Absolutely! We just ask that all phones be switched to silent and that flash be turned off.
