What should I wear? Is there a dress code? 着装规范

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is black-tie optional. Ladies should wear evening gowns or cocktail dresses. Gentlemen are welcome to wear tuxedos, but should wear a suit or blazer with a tie. We invite everyone to wear black, white, or variations such as dark charcoal, creme, champagne etc. 我们婚礼的着装规范为晚礼服。女士可着晚礼服长裙或及膝礼服裙。男士应着西服套装与领带，欢迎选着燕尾礼服（无需长尾）与领结。 根据婚礼色系，我们鼓励各位着黑色或白色，或其近似色系如深碳灰、裸色、香槟色等。

What will the weather be like this time of year? 气候状况

Answer

September in upstate New York tends to be perfect weather! Average temperatures typically range from 76 (high) to 56 (low) degrees Fahrenheit. We're expecting beautiful weather and would recommend a light jacket or shawl for the ladies once the sun sets. 纽约上州的九月通常接近于完美！日平均气温通常在13.5至25摄氏度之间。 我们预计并期待当天会是一个好天气，但建议一件薄外套或披肩以应对夜晚降温。

Answer

All ceremony and reception related activities will be located at Monteverde at Oldstone. 28 Bear Mountain Bridge Rd, Cortlandt, NY 10567. 婚礼仪式、晚宴及相关活动都将在同一地点举行：Monteverde at Oldstone. 28 Bear Mountain Bridge Rd, Cortlandt, NY 10567.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors? 户内还是户外呢？

Answer

The pre-ceremony reception, ceremony, and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. The reception will be tented outdoors. In the case of bad weather all activities will be either tented or indoors. 迎宾、婚礼仪式与鸡尾酒时刻会在户外进行。晚宴将会在户外帐篷举行。如遇天气欠佳，所有活动将移至帐篷内或室内。

Where should guests park? Is parking free? 停车事宜

Answer

Free parking and valet service is available at Monteverde at Oldstone. 我们届时将在场地提供免费车位与泊车服务。

What's on the menu? Are you serving Alcohol? 餐食有什么？会有酒吗？

Answer

A seated 3-course dinner will be provided during the reception. At Cocktail hour, we will be serving Hors d'oeuvres butler-style. Wine, beer, and champagne, as well as non-alcoholic beverages will be available for our guests, however no hard liquors. 晚宴将提供三道菜品/人。在餐前鸡尾酒时间，服务生也将递送小食。我们为各位宾客准备了精选葡萄酒、啤酒、香槟、以及非酒精饮料，但将不会提供烈酒。

Answer

Of course children are welcome! However, given its historical significance, Monteverde at Oldstone requires that all parents, guardians, and/or caretakers closely monitor children under the age of 15. Management does not allow children under the age of 15 to freely roam the property or inside the mansion without close supervision of a parent, guardian, and/or caretaker. 我们欢迎小朋友！但是，Monteverde是一座历史庄园遗迹，因此管理方要求任何15周岁以下儿童必须由其父母、监护人密切陪护。如无监护人密切陪伴，儿童不得在庄园内随意走动或进入宅邸。 尽管我们非常喜爱您的小朋友，但我们同时也友好建议您尽量提前安排以将小朋友留在家中，以便您尽兴的与我们一起庆祝。

Can we bring outside alcohol, food, or party favors? 可以外带食物/酒饮吗？

Answer

No outside food or beverage is permitted. Monteverde has a strict no free pour alcohol policy. Smoking is only permitted in the areas designated by management and is not permitted in the mansion or any of its attached terraces, in the Garden House, or under the Tented Pavillion. Monteverde不允许携带外来食物或酒饮，也严格禁止无监管饮酒行为 - 酒精将由专业酒侍提供。吸烟只能在管理方指定地点进行，不得在宅邸或其露台、花园凉亭或晚宴帐篷内进行。
