When should I RSVP by?

Answer

You’d be amazed how many people need to know how many guests we’re going to have! We want to make sure each and every one of you has a chair to sit in and a meal to eat, so please make sure to RSVP by [[TBD - look, they just haven't told us yet, we'll let you know]]

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

When touring venues, one of the first questions Jessica asked was “so you offer vegan, gluten free meals?” Alternative menu choices were a requirement when it came to choosing a venue, so please let us know whatever your restrictions are so we can plan accordingly!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is plenty of parking on site!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The technical answer is “black tie optional,” which means we are looking forward to having a wedding that is both fun and formal! Incorporate color, play with patterns, and above all, wear something that makes you feel fabulous.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Great question! Weather can be fickle at this time of year. While we are looking to utilize the Meadow Wood’s newly renovated outdoor area, we will move inside if the weather requires it.

What COVID-19 safety protocols will be in place?

Answer

We are so grateful to be able to celebrate in person together again! To get this party started and keep it safe for all of our loved ones, we will be employing a company that provides free rapid testing for all guests upon arrival. Due to the health status of those we hold dear and our desire to have an enjoyable, stress-free celebration of our love together, we're looking forward to getting this part out of the way to put everyone's minds at ease and move on to the party!
