Mike and Chelsie first met in January of 2022 online. Chelsie was in the trenches of graduate school at Miami University and Mike had just moved to Cincinnati to be closer to his brother and sister-in-law as they were soon to have their first baby, and his first nephew. Chelsie and Mike instantly clicked on their first date, which was at Condado Tacos. Mike was instantly drawn to how Chelsie took over ordering and decided what he was going to eat that night. Chelsie was captivated by Mike's witty and charming personality and thought he was the most adorable, handsome being to walk on the face of the earth. Together, they created a love worth noting. Mike decided to stay in Cincinnati and make a life here alongside Chelsie and her little fur baby, Bella. Mike soon adopted Bella as his own dog-ter and the three of them built a happy, quaint little home (well, apartment) together. Mike decided after 1.5 years of being together that he wanted to spend the rest of his days with this wildly passionate, admirable, loving woman, so he decided to pop the question on their summer vacation in Sicily. He asked her to marry him during a beautiful family dinner at his family's beachside Bed and Breakfast. Of course she said yes; Chelsie knew from the moment she met him that he was her forever. Mike and Chelsie found each other in some of the most transitional times of their lives, but served as one another's light at the end of the tunnel as they were truly meant for one another. There is no love quite like Mike and Chelsie's.
