The plan is for the Ceremony to be outside Weather Permitting, therefore It may be warm or chilly depending on the temperature that day as it begins to transition to fall.

Whatever you want! You can dress as fancy or casual as you want, I would describe the average dress as church clothes.

What time should I arrive?

The Ceremony will begin at 4:00, I would recommend you arrive no later than 3:45 to ensure that you don't interrupt the ceremony.
