FAQs

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 23, 2025.

Question

What happens if I don’t RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not get an RSVP back by the date which we have provided, it will be marked as “No”. We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide a total guest count to the venue in a timely manner. Due to this, we cannot accept late RSVP’s. We hope that you understand!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to “{Your Name} & Guest” if a plus one has been given to you.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting a semi-formal dress code attire for our wedding. Please avoid wearing any color of white!

Question

Are there any colors guests should try to avoid?

Answer

We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories, and creams. Please try to avoid sage green and navy blue, as that is reserved for the wedding party.

Question

What do I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you are unable to make it to the wedding please let the bride or groom know as soon as possible and RSVP “decline” so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. Dinner will be held indoors.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guests may start arriving at the ceremony site at 3 pm the earliest, but please arrive no later than 3:45 pm sharp for our ceremony to start of 4 pm.

Question

Is there parking on-site?

Answer

No, there will not be parking on-site as that is reserved for the wedding party and vendors! We have kindly provided a shuttle to pick our guests up from Smokey Mountain Zipline and drive y’all to the ceremony.

Question

Can I take pictures/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we kindly ask that all phones & cameras be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best moments, which we will share with you. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Question

Are you registered?

Answer

Yes, you can find our registry details on the "Registry" section of our website.
