Leadville, Colorado is approximately two hours south west of Denver. If flying, Denver is the closest airport. Leadville is a small, old mining town. There are few lodging options. We recommend staying at FREIGHT in one of the luxury cabins available on their property. Please call FREIGHT directly 719.293.1053. to reserve your cabin. If that does not interest you there are a couple other basic motels in Leadville. The Rodeway Inn and the Columbine Inn are in the city and near FREIGHT. They are older with very limited amenities. Another option for lodging is to stay at one of the many AIRBNB properties throughout Leadville. Finally, there are a couple Colorado resort towns within a 45-minute drive. Vail and Breckenridge are both about 45 minutes from Leadville with many hotels and resorts available.
