You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at anytime. We will include a RSVP QR code to scan that will take you right to our RSVP page on our wedding website.

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but find that you can not make it, please change your RSVP status accordingly or notify Chelsey or Brendan as soon as you are aware.
If you do not RSVP by April 14, 2025, you will be marked as "not attending." We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's. (This will mean you are not allowed to show up to our special day. There will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you.)
Our ceremony will be held outdoors at the Wapsi Bluff Pavilion located in Central City, IA. Our cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors at the Double Tree Hotel in downtown Cedar Rapids, IA.
Guests may start arriving to the ceremony venue at 2:30 PM at the earliest, but please arrive no later than 2:55 PM sharp to allow time for parking and finding a seat for a ceremony start time of 3:00 PM.
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us. We are requesting a semi-formal dress code for our wedding. No jeans, please.
We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride: whites, ivories, and creams.
We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guest. Due to a limited capacity, we can only allow those formally named on your wedding invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!
We kindly ask that all phones be put away and silenced during the ceremony. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures of such a special moment in our lives.
Our ceremony venue has a free parking lot on site. Our cocktail hour and reception venue have access to a parking garage across the street from the Double Tree Hotel. These parking garages are attached to the Double Tree by the city skywalk system.
While we adore your children, we hope you can enjoy a night off to celebrate with us. Our wedding will be an adults only occasion. We appreciate your understanding.
