When should I RSVP by?

I've only received details for the reception - am I allowed to come to the ceremony?

Answer

Whilst our ceremony is private, with only our immediate family and our bridal party, we can't wait to celebrate with you at the reception!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Sorry, only those included on the RSVP are to be a part of our special day

What can I bring as a gift?

Answer

Your attendance is our gift! No gifts are required but if gifting is your love language there will be a wishing well.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please check out the 'Travel' section of the website. Calen and Seaforth have a few caravan parks with rooms available, for our travelling friends and family. We will have a small part of our property for any guests that wish to bring a caravan or swag, if you are wanting to stay on the farm please let me know via Facebook or message.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We want everyone looking their best, so dressy casual attire it is! Please, no thongs or singlets. Also - its going to be on the farm, so keep your shoes comfy and maybe skip the stiletto's. Sensible shoes/boots with not too much of a heel will be best.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please note any allergies/special requests when you RSVP, we will cater for you as best we can.

Is it BYO?

Answer

We will have some beer and wine available but if your a heavy drinker - please feel free to BYO There will be plenty of fridge space but please, if your local - bring an esky!

Is there parking?

We will have a small area set up for any parking needed.

Is there transportation to and from the accommodation to the wedding?

Answer

We are organising a shuttle to and from Calen. Please reach out ASAP if you need to go further and we can see what we can organise.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, your kiddies are more than welcome. We are going to have our girls with us on our special day, please just ensure your babes are as well behaved and quiet as possible - particularly during those extra special moments - speeches, first dance etc. Also don't forget to include them in your RSVP so they are catered for!
