Justin and Chelsea met through mutual friends at Zeta Tau Alpha sorority when they were both students at UC Berkeley in 2015. Justin was a senior, in his last semester, and Chelsea was a sophomore. They became fast friends and stayed friends while Chelsea went away for the summer as a camp counselor. Justin wrote Chelsea letters and sent her care packages, including her favorite things. When Chelsea got back from summer camp and the fall semester started at UC Berkeley, Chelsea and Justin continued to spend time together while Justin lived and worked in Emeryville and quickly became best friends. In November of 2015, they became more than friends and officially started dating!
