The Wilcox hotel was originally built in the late 19th century. It now serves as a historic hotel complete with full spa and stunning restaurant with delicious foods and swanky cocktails in an upscale southern environment. Here you can still see occasional equestrians arrive on horseback. On Thursday nights they have live jazz music in the lounge!

Our local farmers market occurs every Saturday morning from 7:30am-12pm. You can find a variety of freshly baked goods, produce, build your own bouquet, and other neat finds but you’ll want to get there early as the good stuff clears out pretty fast!
