COVID-19 Precautions

Answer

As difficult as we knew wedding planning can be, we never expected the current situation and the implications it would have on our ceremony and our guests' plans. Due to the current status of the Virginia State reopening guidelines and our venue's policies we are planning to move forward with our October 11th date at 50% reduced capacity. We will be providing masks and hand sanitizer for guests and vendors, who will also be taking all precautions while interacting with guests. We will be reaching out to guests over the coming weeks to assess comfort and thoughts on moving forward with individual travel situations. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us with any questions or concerns, we want to hear from you. We love and miss you all! Hope we can see everyone soon!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Any time between 4:30 and 5:30 (please do not show up before 4:30 - the venue will not be open at that time).

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes. Otherwise, we are extremely limited on space for this venue so we will have to approve additional plus ones on a case by case basis. Please reach out to us personally if there is someone you would like to bring! If we end up having space, we would be happy to have them.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please reach out to us about this ASAP if you have dietary restrictions.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have a hotel block at the Hyatt Centric in North Arlington. There are also plenty of other hotels nearby that are in close walking or driving distance to the venue. Let us know if we can help you with recommendations!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, but parking is limited. We encourage you to ride share or take the metro (Rosslyn metro is less than a 10 minute walk).
