What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue by 2:30pm, so there is time to get settled and organized before the ceremony starts at 3pm

Will this be an unplugged event?

Answer

We would like to politely ask that the Ceremony be kept an unplugged event. Please keep all phones, cameras, and other electronic devices put away during this time. We have hired a very trained professional photographer to capture their special day, and would appreciate the photos to be kept free from outside electronic devices, and for all guests to be present and enjoy the special moment with the couple.

Can I bring a date?

All invites will list number of individuals invited to event, please do not plan to bring anyone not formerly invited by Wes or Chelsea.

Is there a dress code?

Please dress Semi-Formal for this event.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are absolutely welcome! Please note however that music selection for the night will not be censored, so if this is a concern please make accommodations accordingly. Please account for kids on RSVP and list their names, as goody bags will be prepared for them.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a parking lot provided at the venue for cars during the ceremony and reception, but please note that vehicles can not be left on the premises past 9:30pm on 6/6/21, so if you are planning to consume alcohol and will be unable to drive home safely, please make plans accordingly for your vehicle prior.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
