Camper Check-In
3:00 pm
Welcome to "Camp Jacobson"! If you're joining us onsite, arrive between 3:00pm and 7:00pm to settle into your cozy cabin and get set up to kick off our wedding weekend. Don't forget to stop at the check-in table near Alumni Hall for your cabin assignment and goodies! Let the fun begin!
Opening Ceremonies/Activities
4:00 pm
Get ready to unleash your inner camper with some group games and activities! Join us for some classic camp games that promise fun and friendly competition, see you on the courts!
Camp Welcome Dinner
7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Come enjoy welcome drinks, woodfired pizza and laughs with us the night before our big day. Time to relax, mingle, and toast to the memories already made and those to come!

Open Activities
8:00 am - 3:00 pm
Enjoy a leisurely morning and afternoon at camp, where the day is yours to explore and unwind. Whether you're diving into camp activities, venturing into town, or hanging in your cabin with friends, embrace the freedom to create your perfect day! Get ready to continue festivities into the evening- laughter, love and unforgettable memories await!
Our Ceremony
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
Please arrive at 3:45pm! Take a short stroll or hop on a golf cart to the ceremony site. Join us at the waterfront, overlooking East Pond, as we tie the knot with our favorite people cheering us on. It will be short, sweet and full of love!
Cocktail Hour
4:30 pm - 6:00 pm
Take a stroll up to the Dining hall deck with family and friends for cocktails and snacks! Pose for a few photos with the bride and groom, grab a drink, and enjoy until dinner.
Dinner
6:15 pm - 7:15 pm
Find your seat at 6:00pm for our entrances, toasts, dances and dinner! Open bar, but please tip our wonderful bartenders!
Time to dance
7:15 pm - 9:45 pm
Kick off your shoes and join us on the dance floor! Let's dance the night away together.
One Last Fire
10:00 pm
Join us for a late night campfire and s'mores!
