Question

When can we get a photo with the Bride & Groom?

Answer

Directly after the ceremony, the Bride and Groom will come back to the alter and remain there for photos. If you or your family would like a photo with the Bride and Groom, please let either of us know by May 2nd (contact info below). We will make a list for the photos & our photographer will call each family/individual up when it's your turn. We need to be out of the church by 3:30pm so we ask that you gather whoever will be in your photo and be ready for your turn. Let's make this quick and efficient so we can get to the FUN!! Where should I park for the reception?

Answer

For the reception, we will have a shuttle to bring guests from the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel to Teresa's residence and back at the end of the night. For those not staying at the hotel, the shuttle will make one stop at the Medford Outlet Center, where you are able to park your vehicle for the night. Due to limited parking space at Teresa's, we ask that no one park at Teresa's residence unless otherwise told. *The shuttle is only for the reception. It will not be used for the church ceremony.* The shuttle route will pick up at the Doubletree, stop at the Medford Outlet Mall parking lot, and drop off at the reception. The first shuttle will leave at 3:30pm and repeat until the last shuttle departs the Doubletree around 5:40pm. Please note that cocktail “hour” begins at 4pm and dinner service will begin at 6pm. *Last shuttle time may vary so please be ready at your pick up location by 5:30pm at the latest.* At the end of the night, the shuttle will pick up from the reception, stop at the Medford Outlet Mall parking lot, and drop off at the Doubletree. This shuttle will begin at 9:30pm and go until 2am (or possibly later!!!).

Are there Airbnb or VRBO options?

I personally did a search and didn't find the best options, but feel free to look! Owatonna or Faribault will be the biggest towns close by.

(For the Females!) What shoes should I wear?

Answer

The reception will be on grass so if you opt for heels, make sure they have a thick heel!

Are there Ubers/Lyfts?

Answer

An Uber/Lyft will be a minimum of $100 from the airport to the Doubletree Hotel/ around that area. Ubers/Lyfts are not common near our wedding location & you may have to wait upwards of 15-20 minutes to get one. I would highly recommend renting a car if you are able!
