Our story began at Merrill Lynch - we would be lying if we said our relationship didn’t come out of the blue. Russ co-led a team with another person, who is now their Officiant, that Chelsea was on. It wasn’t long until the conversations went from spreadsheets and training resources to “what’s for dinner?” and “where are the best places to eat?” YUP! No surprise here, Chelsea and Russ bonded over their love for food! When the Pandemic hit, Chelsea bought a $20 plane ticket from FL and forced her two friends to fly up to Philly with her just so she can hangout with Russ but also have an escape route if he turned out to be a weirdo. Spoiler Alert - Russ was not a weirdo. The following 2 years, they took advantage of working remotely and travelled back and forth from PA to FL. They even snuck in other trips to Mexico and some major cities. Although being experts through TSA, Russ decided it was time to quit long-distance and moved to Jacksonville in July 2022. In December 2022, Russ proposed to Chelsea in the place where they spent their first trip together: Blue Ridge Winery in the Poconos. They are so excited to begin their next chapter as husband and wife and look forward to sharing this moment with their family and friends in Punta Cana on May 17, 2025!
