To ensure you receive our group rate and are included in all wedding arrangements, we kindly ask that guests staying at Solaz book through the room block rather than independently. We'd love for you to think of this as your vacation with our wedding in between! We recommend arriving no later than February 4th, 2027. Please note, there is a 3 night minimum stay requirement.
While we love your little ones, all wedding events will be adults only.
Yes, every person traveling will need a valid passport. If you do not have a passport, you should apply for one ASAP as the process can take months. Your passport should not expire within 6 months AFTER travel! Even though your passport may be valid, the airline can deny you boarding if your passport expires within 6 months AFTER travel. Do not risk it, renew if you are due!
Yes! You can absolutely upgrade your room at a discounted group rate that's part of our room block. Please reach out to info@vibethrivetravel.com if you desire a room upgrade.
Marriott points cannot be used to pay for rooms at Solaz. However, guests will earn Marriott Bonvoy points for their stay when booking through our wedding room block.
Yes! Guests may extend their stay before or after the wedding weekend at our group rate. We recommend booking February 4-7, 2027 to enjoy the full wedding weekend. The group rate is available for extended stays between February 1-10, 2027.
Please secure your flights through your preferred airline separately. This will not be done via the wedding website.
