There are several gorgeous AirBnb properties in Helen and Dahlonega, as well as hotels. Helen and Dahlonega are roughly 20 minutes away from the venue, although we encourage GPS when making travel plans. There are also some wonderful cabin rentals in Cleveland. If staying specifically in a hotel, we recommend Helen and Dahlonega. The ceremony will start at 4:30 p.m. EST. We recommend arriving 15–30 minutes early to make sure you have time to park, find your seat, and settle in before the ceremony begins. We plan to start right on time, so don’t be fashionably late—this is one party you won’t want to miss from the beginning!
We appreciate your enthusiasm and desire to celebrate in the festivity! However, we've chosen to have a dry wedding, and we truly appreciate your understanding and support. We’re so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by love, laughter, and great company—and we promise the food, music, and memories will more than make up for the lack of booze!
Yes. Guests attending events at Willow Creek Farm in Cleveland, Georgia, have access to ample on-site parking. The venue provides a large parking lot, and parking attendants are available to assist guests upon arrival. Additionally, a golf cart shuttle service is offered to transport guests from the parking area to various locations on the property, ensuring convenience, especially for those who may require assistance or prefer not to walk longer distances. For attire: Dress to impress—but don’t stress! We’re aiming for a look that’s polished yet relaxed. We’d love for everyone to feel comfortable and confident—just dressed-up enough for photos, but easy enough to enjoy the day. Comfortable shoes and weather-friendly fabrics are definitely encouraged. Think of what you’d wear to an elevated outdoor event or a nice summer brunch—sundresses, jumpsuits, dress shirts, slacks, or breezy suits all work great. We kindly ask that guests skip super casual items like shorts, tank tops, and casual T-shirts so we can keep the vibe a little more dressed-up for photos and the setting.
Absolutely — this is a family event and kids are more than welcome to join the celebration! Just be sure to include them in your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. We kindly ask that little ones be supervised at all times, especially during the ceremony, and that any disruptions are kept to a minimum so everyone can enjoy the moment. We can’t wait to celebrate with you and your family!
Yes please let us know by July 25, 2025 with your RSVP if you have any allergies. This will allow us time to make the request with the caterer!
Yes, the venue has wheelchair accessible entrances to the reception building and outdoor pavilion. There is also a six-seater golf cart that can be used to shuttle people from the parking lot and anyone who needs a ride to and from the ceremony site. Willow Creek staff will drive the cart.
