While we love your little ones, due to venue restrictions we are unable to accommodate children and kindly request adults only in attendance. Please reach out to the bride and groom if you have any concerns.
Yes! The dress code is formal. Floor length gowns, cocktail dresses, pant suits, tuxes, and suits are all appropriate. The bridesmaids will be in emerald green. March can be an unpredictable month for weather, so we recommend being prepared for both winter and spring!
A Catholic mass is usually about an hour long. There will be roughly an hour between when mass ends and cocktail hour begins at 5:30pm. If you would like to stop at your hotel room or grab a drink in between the ceremony and cocktail hour, there will be time! If you'd like to grab a drink in between, we highly recommend PJ Clarke's (right next to the Downtown Club.) If you need a boost, La Colombe Coffee Roaters is also very close by! Doors will open for Cocktail Hour at 5pm.
Transportation via trolley will be provided for our guests from both the Marriott and the Renaissance to the ceremony and reception. We will provide a timeline closer to the day. Alternatively, Uber & Lyfts are super available in the city!
Parking at St Augustine is limited to street parking. Please allow time to find a spot and walk to the church if driving. The Downtown Club will be providing complimentary valet parking for our guests. There is also a parking garage nearby and street parking available if you prefer to park your vehicle on your own.
The servers at The Downtown Club will take your order table side - no need to select ahead of time! All dietary restrictions, including food allergies and vegan/vegetarian diets, will be able to be accommodated.
