COVID Test Submission
Given the current situation, we want to ensure the safety of our loved ones while celebrating. We request that all attending guests submit proof of a negative COVID test via Google Forms. Please be advised that a negative test result must be submitted between April 24th-26th to be permitted entry. Again, this is being done in an effort to ensure the health and safety of all guests. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you on our special day!
