FAQs

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.

Question

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be taking place at the Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa. The ceremony will be outside on the beach, and the reception will be taking place in the Water's Edge Ballroom. The ballroom has access to a balcony overlooking the beach.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes to an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Question

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

We have rooms blocked at the Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort from Thursday, March 2nd to Saturday March 4th. The link to book a blocked room can be found on both the Details card included with your invitation, and on the Travel tab on this website. You can also call the resort to book under the block by mentioning the Giovinco-Pagano wedding!

Question

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Please RSVP by January 29th! If you're running behind on getting your RSVP card in the mail, please reach out the Chelsea directly at 215-896-9633 no later than February 11th!

Question

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

There is a vegetarian option on the menu cards. Unfortunately, the exact meal isn't known until closer to the wedding date. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please reach out and we will let the venue know. They make everything from scratch, so allergens such as gluten and dairy can be easily avoided!

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

We have chosen not to register anywhere. Your presence at the wedding is more than enough!
