Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are kindly requesting an unplugged ceremony. Please refrain from taking photos and videos during the ceremony. Our photographers will capture plenty of moments from the ceremony!

Is there a hotel room block available?

Answer

We have held a limited number of rooms at the Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn Express, both located in Sturbridge, Massachusetts. Links and discount codes for each hotel can be found in our Travel page! The room block rates expire on Wednesday, February 26th for both hotel properties. We will be providing bus transportation to and from both hotel properties and the venue beginning at approximately 5:30pm. More information on timing to come.

What should I wear?

Cocktail attire is requested. We kindly ask that no jeans and no white/ivory dresses be worn.

When do I need to RSVP by?

We would greatly appreciate your final answer by March 15, 2025.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we have decided to have an adults only wedding, ages 18+. We thank you in advance for planning childcare accordingly, and hope this does not affect your ability to celebrate with us.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to the restricted capacity of our venue, please refrain from inviting anyone not listed by name on your invitation. Additional unexpected guests would put us over the capacity for seating.

What time should we arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 6:30pm in the Alpheus Room. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. We will be providing bus transportation to and from both hotel properties and the venue, as well. The cocktail hour and reception will be located in the adjoining Winthrop Room.

Where will the wedding take place?

Answer

We will be getting married at The Barn at Wight Farm in Sturbridge, Massachusetts. The ceremony will be located in the Alpheus Room, and the cocktail hour and reception will take place in the Winthrop Room. All wedding events will be indoors.

Is there an after party?

Answer

We will have a room for a casual after party at the Holiday Inn Express. Anyone is welcome to join!
