What is the dress code?

We are asking guests to dress "modest semi-formal" - think spring/summer church appropriate.

Do we have a gift registry?

Answer

Yes! We are so appreciative of any gifts from our family and friends to celebrate our wedding and to help us start our lives together. We are registered at Amazon, and there is a link to our registry at the top of this website. We did not add any registry items to the Zola registry.

What to expect for the reception?

Answer

We have planned a more casual and relaxed celebration immediately following the ceremony in the beautiful foyer space at our church. Everyone is invited to spend time mingling and enjoying refreshments. (Note: We will not have alcohol at our ceremony, and please respect our church's no smoking policy while on the property. )

On the registry, how does the "Amazon gift card fund" work?

Answer

It's essentially a registry "piggy bank." It allows guests to contribute toward a general fund so we can put the money toward any remaining items on the registry.

On the registry, what is "group gifting"?

Answer

Group gifting allows multiple people to contribute any amount of money toward a high-value item on the registry.

Can we share pictures from the wedding on Socials?

Answer

Yes! We would love to see any pictures you take on our big day! Please use our wedding hashtag #MeetTheJohnstons or tag us so we get notified when photos are shared.
